Take our survey
Ofsted Parent View gives you the chance to tell Ofsted what you think of your child’s school, including:
- whether your child feels safe, happy and able to belong and thrive at the school
- how the school promotes positive behaviour and a culture where every pupil can achieve and feel respected
- if your child has special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), we will ask how well the school supports them
- if the school has boarding or residential provision, we will ask if your child is a boarder. If your child is a boarder, we will ask you a few questions about the boarding or residential provision
You will need to create an account to take our survey.
You can complete a survey at any time. If your child’s school is inspected by Ofsted, the school will contact you and ask you to take this survey.
What we will do with your survey
We use the information we receive from surveys to:
- inform discussions inspectors have with school leaders during inspections
- help Ofsted decide when to inspect a school
- publish a summary of the survey responses for each school. This information is anonymised.
For more information on how we will use the information you give us, see terms of use and the frequently asked questions.
